The Priscilla Institute at the Hestenes Centerfor Christian Women in Leadership is celebrating its Sixth Anniversary and Annual Women’s Fair. The theme of the Fair is "Women Living in the Promise: Kingdom Living For a Time Such As This." The purposes of this event are to heighten women’s awareness of the opportunities that exist for them to realize their highest level of leadership potential, to provide a forum for women to explore the mysteries of kingdom living, and to raise scholarship funds for the women studying in the Priscilla Institute.
The Women’s Fair is a FREE EVENT and will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University, 6 East Lancaster Avenue (City and Lancaster Avenues), Wynnewood, PA 19096. The Fair begins with a Continental Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. followed by the plenary session at 9:00 a.m. with Pastor Chantell Ellis, From the Throne Ministries. The luncheon plenary speaker is Rev. Cheryl Brame, Associate Pastor, The Sanctuary Church of the Open Door.
Featured this year are the pastors and ministers of the Priscilla Institute. These honored women will be delivering the plenary sessions and facilitating the breakout sessions from the morning workshop, “God has given us keys to the Kingdom” conducted by Rev. Dr. Gail Randolph-Williams. We will learn to use the keys that open favorable doors for us in the Kingdom. Also, we will gain more understanding about interacting favorably with the Kingdom of God and how to avoid the “penalty box of life.”
The luncheon program begins at 12:15 p.m. followed by plenary speaker Rev. Cheryl Brame, after which there will be a special closing ceremony. This year the program will end at 2:30 to allow the women to shop the vendors until 4:00 p.m.
During the day you will have the opportunity to interact with wise and seasoned women leaders, visit the health booth, get information about the programs at Palmer Theological Seminary and Eastern University and visit the various vendors. Come join us for this wonderful event as we celebrate Priscilla Institute’s sixth anniversary!
