I was born in New York City and moved to Puerto Rico in my teen years. I am a former Registered Nurse and ordained minister and missionary with International Ministries, ABC/USA. I taught at Seminario Bautista Dios con Nosotros in Mexicali, Mexico for 13 years and worked in the area of Leadership Development and mentoring new leaders. I am currently a regional global servant with International Ministries working in the area of theological education in Latin America. I am married to a chaplain that ministers at a detention center at the US/Mexico border. We have three adult children.
