The Flourishing Leader Project’s mission is to nurture and support all ministry leaders to minister from a foundation of wholeness. Cultivating a flourishing of the self, the church, and the world. We are committed to creating spiritually formative experiences and developing emergent content for ministry leaders, and encourage them to minister from a foundation of "wholeness." Through both in-person and online offerings, we support pastors and ministry leaders, who regularly invest in the lives of others, by providing care, renewal, and vital resources. Our approach cultivates spiritual and emotional well-being for ministry leaders to thrive in their personal lives and ministry roles.

Our vision is clear: Healthy Leaders, Healthy Churches, Healthy Communities, Healthy World. The FLP is built on four foundational pillars: spiritual offerings, resource hub, lifelong learning, and non-degree certificate offerings. These pillars will provide formation, direction and resources for the continuous development and support of clergy and ministry leaders.

Our partnerships with associations like the Pennsylvania Keystone Baptist Association (PEKBA), The Clergy Appreciation Breakfast and connection with The Black Clergy of Philadelphia & Vicinity, further strengthen our work as we equip leaders to meet the challenges of modern ministry. It is our desire to expand our network and connection with other communities of Christian faith.
