Harven Auguste is a purpose-driven product leader at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he serves as Vice President of Product Management for Card Services, focusing on the firm’s Affluent Segment. Known for leading high-impact products and multi-million-dollar initiatives, Harven combines strategic vision with operational excellence to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. His data-informed approach, strong stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership have consistently delivered measurable value across complex organizations.

Rooted in both faith and service, Harven also brings over a decade of diverse ministry experience to his professional leadership. He has served in several roles across several congregations and ministries. His ministerial leadership reflects a deep commitment to spiritual formation, discipleship, and the holistic well-being of communities.

Harven’s service extends beyond the church walls. He chairs Alpha Phi Alpha’s Arms of Alpha Thanksgiving Day of Service (ODL Chapter), which has served thousands of Philadelphians for over 30 years. He serves on the board of Villanova University’s Center for Global and Public Health and is a former Community Impact Fellow with the Greater Philadelphia YMCA. Harven also represented Haiti and the U.S. at the Inaugural Global Forum on Church and Poverty in Kigali, Rwanda, contributing to global conversations at the intersection of faith and justice.

Harven holds an MBA in Organizational Management, a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Adaptive Leadership, and a BS in Public Health. A devoted husband and father of two, he is passionate about equipping others to live purposefully. With a unique blend of corporate acumen, ministerial calling, and social impact leadership, Harven offers faith-based organizations a rare combination of spiritual integrity and strategic insight to help guide mission-driven decision-making.
