Extraordinary efforts have been made to keep tuition costs down for the West Virginia Extension students. For the 2019-2020 academic year, tuition is $1,164 per (three-credit) course. This compares with $1,545 per course for full-time students at the Seminary's main campus and $1,638 per course for part-time students. Generally, the partnership has subsidized over one-fourth of student tuition. In addition, the West Virginia Baptist Education Society provides scholarships for West Virginia American Baptist students. The cost of auditing a course is approximately 50% of program credit.
